The hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make enforcement orders under section 161 of the Act against DPM Securities Inc./Valeurs Mobilieres DPM Inc., The Height of Excellence Financial Planning Group Inc., John Wilson Howard and James Gordon Armit has been joined with the hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make enforcement orders against Richard John Smith and Synlan Securities.
The joint hearing has been set for September 8 to 19, 2003, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
The Smith and Synlan Securities hearing set for July 25 and 26, 2002 is cancelled.
