¶ 1 Hemis Corp. is an issuer with shareholders in British Columbia.
¶ 2 Hemis Corp. is not a reporting issuer in British Columbia.
¶ 3 Hemis Corp. securities are quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board in the United States.
¶ 4 Hemis Corp. securities are the subject of a promotional e-mail (spam) campaign in British Columbia.
¶ 5 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of Hemis Corp. securities.
The Order
¶ 6 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of Hemis Corp. is halted until the end of June 13, 2007.
