TAKE NOTICE that the hearing before the British Columbia Securities Commission to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, against Jacob Norman Friesen and Irene Rose Friesen, referred to in the Notice of Hearing dated September 6, 2000, has been set for 10:00 a.m. on April 9, 2001 to May 11, 2001, at British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
