¶ 1 On February 18, 2004, the Executive Director issued a notice of hearing under section 161(1) of the Act against Paul Larry O’Connor.
¶ 2 On March 17, 2004, the Commission set the hearing for September 13 and 14, 2004.
¶ 3 Commission staff have asked the Commission to change the hearing date and allow it to produce evidence and make submissions on sanctions at the hearing.
¶ 4 The Commission:
1. changes the hearing date to May 27, 2004, at 10 am, at the 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia; and
2. permits Commission staff to lead evidence and make submissions on sanctions at the hearing.
