The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above parties. We will hear preliminary applications on January 22, 2004, at 8 am. The hearing is set for February 2 to 27, 2004 (with the exception of February 5, 16 and 23) at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
