Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On March 18, 2011, the Executive Director issued an amended temporary order against SFCS Capital (Canada) Corp. and Robert John Alexander Stittand a notice of hearing (2011 BCSECCOM 124).
¶ 2 By consent, the Commission extends the temporary order and adjourns the hearing to April 14, 2011.
