The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated November 20, 2002.
The matter has been adjourned by consent to 10 am on December 7, 2004, when the panel will hear preliminary applications. The applications hearing will be held at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
