¶ 1 We refer to our Findings dated April 25, 2007 (2007 BCSECCOM 198). The executive director asked us to change the deadline for filing her submissions on sanctions, and to relieve her from having to deliver them to Anderson.
¶ 2 We amend paragraph 88 of the Findings by changing May 14 to May 22, and changing the other two deadlines in the paragraph from May 28 and June 04 to June 04 and June 11, respectively.
¶ 3 The Executive Director may meet the requirement to deliver her submissions to Anderson by complying with s. 180 of the Act.
