Section 89 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
- ¶ 1 Clean Power Concepts Inc. (Clean Power) is an OTC reporting issuer under BC Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets.
¶ 2 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist or are about to occur that could result in other than an orderly trading of Clean Power’s securities.
The Order
¶ 3 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of Clean Power is halted until the end of January 24, 2011.
