¶ 1 On February 18, 2004, the Executive Director issued a notice of hearing under section 161(1) of the Act against Paul Larry O’Connor.
¶ 2 On June 4, 2004, the Commission rescheduled the hearing for September 13 and 14, 2004.
¶ 3 Commission staff have asked the Commission to allow them to produce evidence and make submissions on sanctions at the hearing.
¶ 4 The Commission permits Commission staff to lead evidence and make submissions on sanctions at the hearing.
