- 1. under section 161(1)(b) of the Act, that Carol Jean Sayers cease trading in, and is prohibited from purchasing, securities and exchange contracts, except that Carol Jean Sayers may trade or purchase securities and exchange contracts through accounts in her name at a registered dealer,
2. under section 161(1)(d)(i) and (ii), that Carol Jean Sayers resign any position she holds as, and is prohibited from becoming or acting as, a director or officer of any issuer, registrant or investment fund manager,
3. under section 161(1)(d)(iii), that Carol Jean Sayers is prohibited from becoming or acting as a registrant, investment fund manager or promoter,
4. under section 161(1)(d)(iv), that Carol Jean Sayers is prohibited from acting in a management or consultative capacity in connection with activities in the securities market, and
5. under section 161(1)(d)(v), that Carol Jean Sayers is prohibited from engaging in investor relations activities,
- until May 15, 2018;
¶ 4 After providing Jennifer Dawn Sayers an opportunity to be heard, and considering it to be in the public interest, we order:
- 1. under section 161(1)(b) of the Act, that Jennifer Dawn Sayers cease trading in, and is prohibited from purchasing, securities and exchange contracts, except that Jennier Dawn Sayers may trade or purchase securities and exchange contracts through accounts in her name at a registered dealer,
2. under section 161(1)(d)(i) and (ii), that Jennifer Dawn Sayers resign any position she holds as, and is prohibited from becoming or acting as, a director or officer of any issuer, registrant or investment fund manager,
3. under section 161(1)(d)(iii), that Jennifer Dawn Sayers is prohibited from becoming or acting as a registrant, investment fund manager or promoter,
4. under section 161(1)(d)(iv), that Jennifer Dawn Sayers is prohibited from acting in a management or consultative capacity in connection with activities in the securities market, and
5. under section 161(1)(d)(v), that Jennifer Dawn Sayers is prohibited from engaging in investor relations activities,
- until May 15, 2015;
¶ 5 After providing Ryan Kristen Sayers an opportunity to be heard, and considering it to be in the public interest, we order:
- 1. under section 161(1)(b) of the Act, that Ryan Kristen Sayers cease trading in, and is prohibited from purchasing, securities and exchange contracts, except that Ryan Kristen Sayers may trade or purchase securities and exchange contracts through accounts in his name at a registered dealer,
2. under section 161(1)(d)(i) and (ii), that Ryan Kristen Sayers resign any position he holds as, and is prohibited from becoming or acting as, a director or officer of any issuer, registrant or investment fund manager,
3. under section 161(1)(d)(iii), that Ryan Kristen Sayers is prohibited from becoming or acting as a registrant, investment fund manager or promoter,
4. under section 161(1)(d)(iv), that Ryan Kristen Sayers is prohibited from acting in a management or consultative capacity in connection with activities in the securities market, and
5. under section 161(1)(d)(v), that Ryan Kristen Sayers is prohibited from engaging in investor relations activities,
- until May 15, 2023.
