Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
- ¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against Alvin Lee Johnson, Heng Goh and Victor Schwab. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated February 15, 2008.
- ¶ 2 The Commission has set the hearing for 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia on the following dates:

• November 5, starting at 2 pm
• November 7, 10
• November 12 to 21, 2008
