Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
- ¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the amended notice of hearing dated August 30, 2007.
- ¶ 2 The Commission will now set the date for the hearing at 9 am on February 26, 2008, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
