HFX Management Services Inc.
Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On October 30, 2009, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418, naming as Respondents Cem Ali (Ali), Horizon FX Investments Limited Partnership, Horizon FX Investments Incorporated and HFX Management Services Inc. (collectively, the Respondents).
¶ 2 On December 14, 2009, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with Ali.
¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against the Respondents.
