¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161 and 174 of the Act against Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank (Liechtenstein) AG. The allegations are set out in the temporary order and notice of hearing dated August 28, 2007. On September 14, 2007, the Commission extended the temporary order until the hearing is held and a decision is rendered.
¶ 2 The Commission has set the hearing for 10 am on January 30 and 31, 2008, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
