Ruling
I Introduction
¶ 2 On August 8, 2011, the Executive Director amended the Notice of Hearing and added allegations against various respondents, including against Erik John Benson.
¶ 3 On September 26, 2011, the Commission set dates for the hearing of the allegations, which starts May 24, 2012.
¶ 4 On March 2, 2012, Benson applied to have the allegations against him severed from those against the other respondents.
¶ 5 After considering the submissions from Benson and the Executive Director, we dismiss Benson’s severance application. We will provide reasons in our findings ruling, following the hearing.
