¶ 1 C’watre International Inc. is not a reporting issuer in British Columbia.
¶ 2 C’watre International Inc. has retained a firm located in British Columbia to carry out investor relations activities.
¶ 3 C’watre International Inc.’s securities are quoted on Pink Sheets in the United States over-the-counter market.
¶ 4 C’watre International Inc.’s securities are the subject of a promotional e-mail (spam) campaign in British Columbia.
¶ 5 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of C’watre International Inc.’s securities.
The Order
¶ 6 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of C’watre International Inc. is halted until the end of October 5, 2007.
