¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to consider an application by YS Mining Company Inc. for orders in relation to a take over bid by New Pacific Metals Corp. to purchase all of the outstanding common shares and all of the outstanding debt of Tagish Lake Gold Corp.
¶ 2 The hearing is set for 10:00 am on Monday, August 30, 2010, at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
