- Background
¶ 1 On August 23, 2007, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418, naming MDMI Technologies Inc. (MDMI) as a respondent.
¶ 2 On May 14, 2008, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with MDMI.
¶ 3 Accordingly, the Executive Director, considering it is not prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against MDMI.
