The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the above parties.
The October 16 and 17, 2003 hearing dates have been changed. The hearing will now take place on October 8, 2003, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
