¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162
and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the amended notice of hearing dated August 30, 2007.
¶ 2 The hearing was set to start at 10 am on September 17 to October 26, 2007, with the exception of October 4 and 8.
¶ 3 The Commission adjourns the hearing to October 15 to 26, 2007, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street,
Vancouver, British Columbia.
