ORDER:-- WHEREAS the Commission held a hearing in this matter and rendered a decision dated November 25, 1988, ordering, inter alia, under section 154.2 of the Securities Act, S.B.C. 1985 chapter 83, that Jerome Rak, Christopher Bass and Maureen MacNeil pay fees or charges for costs related to the hearing, the amount to be determined following submissions from counsel;
AND WHEREAS Commission staff filed a submission for costs dated November 1, 1991, identifying total costs of $20,476.80 and recommending specific amounts to be paid by Rak, Bass and MacNeil;
AND WHEREAS the Commission has received submissions from Rak, dated April 28, 1992, from Bass, dated May 19, 1992, and from MacNeil, dated May 19, 1992;
AND WHEREAS the commission has considered the submissions;
IT IS ORDERED, under section 154.2 of the Act, that Rak, Bass and MacNeil pay prescribed fees or charges for the costs of or related to the hearing in the amounts set out opposite each of their names:
