Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On August 9, 2013, the Commission set the hearing dates in this matter for March 10 to 14 and March 24 to 28, 2014 inclusive.
¶ 2 On October 30, 2013, the Commission held a hearing management meeting. The Executive Director and the respondents attended, and agreed to adjourn the hearing.
¶ 3 On October 30, 2013, the Commission, by consent, adjourns the hearing to April 7 to 11 (except April 10) and April 14 to 17, 2014.
