¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated November 20, 2002.
¶ 2 The hearing has been set for 10 am on April 4 to 6, 11 to 15 and 18 to 22, 2005, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
