Notice
The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, against Gordon Dix Jr., Ronald James Henry and Sota Mining Corporation. The hearing has been set, by consent, for 10:00 a.m. on June 5 and 6, 2001, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
