Notice of Hearing and Review
WHEREAS the Commission issued a Direction to Freeze Property on April 13, 2000, in connection with Stephen C. Sayre, Independent Financial Reports, Inc., Silver Screen Industries, Inc. and Premier Film Adventures, Inc., and the Bank of Montreal;
AND WHEREAS Exchange Bank & Trust Inc. has applied to the Commission under section 166 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 for a hearing and review of the Direction to Freeze Property;
THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing and review will be held on May 8, 2000, at 1:00 p.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
