Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On May 3, 2012, the Executive Director issued a temporary order against Paul Lester Stiles and a notice of hearing (2012 BCSECCOM 154).
¶ 2 On May 17, 2012, the Executive Director applied to the Commission to extend the temporary order.
¶ 3 The Commission extends the temporary until a hearing is held and a decision rendered.
¶ 4 The Executive Director must file written submissions on liability and sanction by June 7, 2012.
