Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On December 6, 2010, the Executive Director of the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a Notice of Hearing alleging that Randall George Kowalchuk breached the insider trading provisions of the Securities Act,RSBC 1996, c. 418.
¶ 2 On April 11, 2011, the Alberta Securities Commission issued a Notice of Hearing alleging that Randall George Kowalchuk breached the insider trading provisions of the Alberta Securities Actarising from the same facts underlying the British Columbia Notice of Hearing.
¶ 3 The Executive Director of the British Columbia Securities Commission, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues its proceedings against Randall George Kowalchuk.
