¶ 1 On March 5, 2007, an Investment Dealers Association hearing panel released a decision against David Michael Michaels.
¶ 2 On March 13, 2007, the Investment Dealers Association of Canada applied for a hearing and review of the decision.
¶ 3 The Commission will hold a hearing to review the decision at 10 am on November 27, 2007, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
