The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above respondents. On April 3, 2003, the respondents applied to adjourn the hearing. Commission staff does not oppose the application.
The Commission adjourns the hearing to 10 am on June 2 to June 27, 2003, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
The temporary orders made against the respondents remain in effect.
