Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the respondents. The hearing is held at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, starting at 10 am, except where noted.
We have set an additional date. The remainder of the hearing is now set for the following dates in 2003.
· June 2 to 4, 6 (11 am), 9 to 13, 16, 17 and 19;
· July 7 to August 8 (except July 10 and 11, and August 4 and 7);
· November 17 to 21; and
· December 1 to 9 (except December 4).
