and Bossteam E-Commerce Inc.
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On April 30, 2012, the Executive Director issued a temporary order against Yan Zhu (also known as Rachel Zhu), Guan Qiang Zhang and Bossteam E-Commerce Inc. and a notice of hearing (2012 BCSECCOM 143).
¶ 2 By consent, the Commission
- extends the temporary order until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered; and
- adjourns the hearing to June 8, 2012 at 9:00 am.
