Ralph Bromley and Wesley Campbell

¶ 1 On May 4, 2006, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 against John DeVries (DeVries), David DeVries, Ernest Reed Grafke (Grafke), Ralph Bromley (Bromley) and Wesley Campbell (Campbell) (collectively, the Respondents).
¶ 2 On January 29, 2007, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with the DeVries, Grafke, Bromley and Campbell and issued orders in respect of the Respondents.
¶ 3 Accordingly, the Executive Director, considering that it is not prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against all Respondents.
