TAKE NOTICE that the hearing before the British Columbia Securities Commission to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, against Colleen A. Fiessel, Leonard E. Fiessel and Robert L. Shull, referred to in the Notice of Hearing dated February 4, 2000, has been set, by consent, for 10:00 a.m. on November 29 to 30, and December 4, 2000, at British Columbia Securities Commission, 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver.
