Section 171 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 In a March 19, 2004 consent order, the Executive Director removed Donald Wayne Busby’s exemptions, except that Busby was permitted to sell the securities he held as at March 18, 2004 through a single designated registered dealer. Busby designated a Canadian dealer for this purpose.
¶ 2 As a United States resident, Busby can only sell his securities through a United States affiliate of his designated dealer.
¶ 3 Under section 171 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418, the Executive Director varies the March 19, 2004 order to allow Busby to sell his securities through a United States affiliate of his designated dealer.
