TAKE NOTICE that the hearing before the British Columbia Securities Commission to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, against TAC International Limited and Craig Southwood, referred to in the Notice of Hearing dated December 13, 1999, has been set for 10:00 a.m. on February 28 to 29, and March 1, 2000, at British Columbia Securities Commission, 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver.
