Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against Dalton Bruce Dupasquier. The executive director set out the allegations in a notice of hearing dated February 3, 2009.
¶ 2 By consent, the Commission sets the hearing to commence at 10 am on September 14 and end on September 25, 2009, and to be held at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
