and JT Alexander and Associates Holding Corporation

¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against James Terrence Alexander, Anne Christine Eilers and JT Alexander and Associates Holding Corporation. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated December 8, 2003.

¶ 2 The hearing, originally set to start in February 2005, was adjourned on January 14, 2005. The Commission directed the parties to appear on June 15, 2005 to inform the Commission of their readiness to set a date for the hearing.

¶ 3 On June 13, 2005, the executive director, with the consent of the respondents, applied to adjourn the June 15 hearing. The Commission, considering it to be in the public interest, adjourns the hearing to July 21, 2005, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the parties will inform the Commission of their readiness to set a date for the hearing.
