¶ 1 At the October 2, 2012 set date hearing, the Commission set the hearing dates in this matter for June 10 – 14, and 17 – 20, 2013 inclusive.
¶ 2 On May 29, 2013, the Commission held a hearing management meeting. The Executive Director and the respondent Mr. Okano attended. The respondent Mr. Gozdek attended by telephone. The parties agreed the Commission could conduct the hearing in two days.
¶ 3 On May 29, 2013, the Commission set the hearing for June 18 and 19, 2013.
