¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against Brian David Anderson. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated March 21, 2006.
¶ 2 The hearing is set for 10 am on June 26 to June 30, 2006 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
