¶ 3 Compliance Systems Corporation’s securities are quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board in the United States.
¶4 Compliance Systems Corporation’s securities are the subject of a promotional e-mail (spam) campaign in British Columbia.
¶5 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of Compliance Systems Corporation’s securities.
