Hearing Adjournment and Extension of Temporary Order
Carl Glenn Anderson and Douglas Victor Montaldi
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against Carl Glenn Anderson and Douglas Victor Montaldi. On October 29, 2002, the Executive Director issued a temporary order and notice of hearing against the respondents. The temporary order was set to expire on November 13, 2002.
On November 13, 2002, the Commission:
1. considering it necessary and in the public interest, under section 161(3) of the Act extended the temporary order until the hearing is held and a decision is rendered; and
2. adjourned the hearing to February 6-7 and February 19-21, 2003, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
