      Background
¶ 1 On April 30, 2008, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 naming Canadian Rockport Homes Int’l, Inc., William Malone and Nelson Riis (the Respondents).

¶ 2 The Executive Director has entered into a settlement agreement with the Respondents.

¶ 3 Accordingly, the Executive Director, considering it is not prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against the Respondents.
