Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the above respondents. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated July 8, 2005.
¶ 2 By consent, the Commission adjourns the matter from August 17, 2005, to 10 am on August 26, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the Commission will set a date for the hearing.
