Section 165 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The Commission will hold a preliminary hearing to determine whether A.B. has standing to apply for a hearing and review of a decision by the Commission dated September 9, 2005.
¶ 2 The hearing will take place at 10 am on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
