Hearing Notice – Extension of Temporary Order
Won Sang Shen Cho (also known as Craig Cho),
dba Chosen Media and Groops Media
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On January 15, 2013, the Executive Director issued a temporary order against Won Sang Shen Cho and a notice of hearing (2013 BCSECCOM 5).
¶ 2 On January 25, 2013, Cho applied to the Commission to adjourn the Executive Director’s application to extend the temporary order.
¶ 3 By consent, the Commission:
1. extends the temporary order until a hearing is held and a decision rendered;
2. adjourns generally the Executive Director’s application scheduled for January 30, 2013; and
3. sets the hearing of the allegations in the notice of hearing for March 20, 2013.
