Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the respondents. The hearing is held at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, starting at 10 am, except where noted.
We have set additional dates. The remainder of the hearing is now set for the following dates.
2003
· July 14 to July 31;
· August 1, 5 (starting at 1:30 pm), 6 and 8;
· October 16 to 29 (except October 27);
· November 3, 17 to 21;
· December 1 to 12 (except December 4);
2004
· January 12 to 16; and
· March 29 to April 16 (except April 9 and 12)
