Section 28 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 At a hearing held on November 19, 2009, the Commission:
- • on Cordy’s representation that it was not proceeding with its private placement, under section 171 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418, varied its stay of November 12, 2009 (2009 BCSECCOM 638) to allow Cordy to use the funds in trust with its legal counsel to pay subscribers in exchange for shares issued under the private placement and for no other purpose
• adjourned the hearing to December 1, 2009 at 1 pm.
