Background
¶ 1 On December 14, 2006, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418, against Virtual Community Exhibitions Inc., Ralph Kelly and Raymond Patrick Shaw (Shaw).
¶ 2 On August 21, 2007, the British Columbia Securities Commission issued an Order under section 161 of the Act against Shaw.
¶ 3 Accordingly, the Executive Director, considering that it is not prejudicial to do so, discontinues the proceedings against Shaw.
