Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated June 29, 2006.
¶ 2 The hearing is set for 10 am on the following dates in 2007:
a. May 29 to 31
b. June 4 to 6
c. June 8; and
d. June 13 to 22
at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
